For employers

Fill the rota before the first charter lands.

Cyprus properties lose more revenue to understaffing in May than to almost anything else. We work the season backwards from your opening date — briefs in November, permits in February, trained people on the floor before Easter.

What we do

Staffing built around how Cyprus hotels actually operate

We are not a CV forwarding service. We train the pool we recruit from, we know which properties keep their staff and which do not, and we take responsibility for the paperwork that stalls a start date.

Seasonal volume hiring

Twenty room attendants for a May opening in Ayia Napa is a different problem from one head waiter. We run volume briefs as a campaign — sourcing, screening days, group interviews on site, and a single point of contact for your HR manager.

Pre-trained arrivals

Candidates complete our service standards course before they reach you. That means grooming, greeting, sequence of service, room standards and food hygiene basics are already covered, and your department heads spend induction on your property rather than on fundamentals.

Compliance handled

Employment contracts drafted to Cyprus labour law, social insurance registration, third-country permit files prepared with your documentation, and correct record-keeping for a labour inspection.

Process

From brief to floor in six steps

  1. 01

    Brief

A 30-minute video call or a site visit. Headcount, departments, start dates, pay bands, accommodation, and the shift patterns you actually run in August.

  2. 02

    Source and screen

We work our trained pool first, then advertise. Every candidate is interviewed, reference-checked and language-assessed before you see them.

  3. 03

    Shortlist in five days

You receive a shortlist with CV, language level, availability window, permit status and our honest note on where each person will and will not perform.

  4. 04

    Interview and offer

We coordinate scheduling, chase responses, and manage the offer conversation so pay expectations are settled before anyone signs.

  5. 05

    Onboard

Contract, permit, social insurance, accommodation and arrival logistics. Your team gets a start-date confirmation, not a maybe.

  6. 06

    Stay in touch

We check in at 14 days, 30 days and mid-season. If a placement leaves inside the first 30 days, we replace them at no additional fee.

Coverage

Where we staff

Six regions, each with its own hiring rhythm. We keep separate candidate pools for the peak-summer resorts and the year-round city properties, because the people who suit them are rarely the same.

  • Limassol

City hotels, conference venues and year-round F&B

  • Paphos

Five-star resorts and long-stay winter guests

  • Ayia Napa

Peak-summer volume hiring from May to October

  • Protaras

Family resorts with strong guest relations demand

  • Larnaca

    Airport-adjacent hotels and crew accommodation

  • Nicosia

    Business hotels and corporate catering
