Why apply through us

What you get that a direct application does not give you

Applying to a hotel yourself is free and perfectly reasonable. What it does not give you is someone checking the contract, chasing the permit, verifying the accommodation and staying reachable in August when something goes wrong.

  • Never a fee for candidates

Our partner properties pay us. You pay nothing to apply, nothing for training and nothing on placement.

  • Permit paperwork handled

Third-country applicants get a prepared, employer-sponsored permit file and an honest timeline before they commit to anything.

  • Accommodation confirmed in writing

Staff housing or a rent allowance, its cost, its distance from the property and whether transport is provided — all before you accept.

  • Trained before your first shift

Service standards, room standards, POS and food hygiene basics covered in a course we run and you do not pay for.

  • Language pays here

Hotel English plus survival Greek is included. A guest-mix language typically adds €80–€150 a month to a front-of-house offer.

  • A consultant all season

One named contact from application to season close, who will call the property on your behalf if something is wrong.

Open vacancies

Every role here is a season contract. Full season runs April to November in Paphos and Limassol; peak season covers the May-to-October crunch in Ayia Napa and Protaras. Most are open to non-EU applicants with an employer-sponsored seasonal work permit — the card tells you which.
