A few details make the first reply far more useful. Candidates: your nationality and right-to-work status, the languages you speak and your earliest start date. Employers: the property, the departments, the headcount and whether accommodation is provided.

Employer briefs: same working day. Candidate applications: three working days from January to May, and usually within 24 hours outside the hiring peak. If you have not heard back, send the message again from a different address — email filters are not infallible.
